Walnut Cottage
This children's playhouse is built using an insulated redwood frame and finished with Cedar shingles, Oak cladding, solid Oak doors, windows and floors. It has been insulated so it can be used all year round – warm in winter and cool in summer. The house is heated and has 24 volt lighting.
Inside you’ll find two Oak floors with plenty of space for your children, and the Oak paddle or monks staircase to the top floor offers a fun, space saving alternative to a conventional staircase.
Your children can venture out onto the verandha and scale down the climbing net or leave via the slide on the opposite gable or even through the front door! The inside of this particular house was finished in pale tones with lighting and heating for year round occupation, accompanied by matching Oak furniture - beds, fitted wardrobes, dresser, table stools and a bench. We have since returned and provided more Oak play equipment as an extension to the playhouse.
The dimensions of Walnut Cottage are 3.36m plus 2.9m for slide and net (length) x 2.65m (width) x 3.3m (height). Prices start from £27,995.00 excluding delivery.
