This beautiful raised house stands at the end of a family garden in central London.
The house is purpose built and fits the available space perfectly. All timber is Iroko, with Balau decking, cedar roof shingles, and insulated walls.

The standard of specification and finish is very high, with individually designed and purpose built bunk beds (converting to foldaway beds or a sofa), with hot and cold running water (temperature controlled for safety), a working oven, hob and fridge, with underfloor heating, TV, telephone, computer and security system with a TV/video link to the main house.

With such a mellow and quaint appearance, the house is a little like Dr Who’s Tardis – deceptively large and well equipped inside with all the latest in modern technology. We are proud of this design which was difficult and complex to execute – particularly as it had to go through the main house in sections prior to final assembly and finishing.
